If, within 10 days of your purchase, the course isn’t right for you, email us at info@reclaimyourintimacy.co and we’ll refund you in full. No awkward questions.

Pre-ordering? Your 10-day guarantee starts when the course opens on 5 August, not when you pay - so you get the full 10 days once you actually have access.

How to request a refund

1. Email info@reclaimyourintimacy.co from the address you used at checkout.
2. Include the words “refund request” in the subject line.
3. We’ll confirm within 1–2 working days and process the refund back to your original payment method (usually within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank).

After the 10-day window

After 10 days from the date of purchase, refunds are no longer available. You keep 12 months of full access to the course.
