Terms of Service — The Intimacy Compass

These Terms of Service govern your use of The Intimacy Compass website and quiz, operated by Reclaim Your Intimacy. By using the site or taking the quiz, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Intimacy Compass is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that any information you provide is accurate and truthful.

The Intimacy Compass is a free, private quiz for couples. Each partner answers 12 questions independently. Once both partners have completed the quiz, a shared result is generated showing where you feel most connected and where there may be room to grow together.

Individual answers are never revealed to your partner or to anyone else — only the combined result and summary are shared.

To use the quiz, you provide an email address. This is used to: link your answers with your partner's; send your results; send a reminder if your partner hasn't finished; and, only if you explicitly opt in, send occasional tips on connection and intimacy.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. We are not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your email being compromised.

We will only send you marketing emails if you tick the opt-in box and give your consent. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or emailing info@reclaimyourintimacy.co.

You agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or mislead anyone.
• Submit false or impersonating information.
• Copy, scrape, or republish quiz content or results without permission.

All content on the site — including quiz questions, results copy, design, and branding — is owned by Reclaim Your Intimacy or licensed to us. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

The Intimacy Compass and its results are for informational and self-reflection purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional relationship counselling, therapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing serious relationship difficulties or mental health concerns, please seek help from a qualified professional.

We provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take care to keep the site secure and accurate, we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or free from security issues. To the extent permitted by law, Reclaim Your Intimacyexcludes liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
